deemed as bad-delivery.

Even though Winwinonline shall try to meet the date
and time of delivery schedule, any delayed/ early delivery
for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any
damages or compensation from Winwinonline. Our deliver
schedule starts at 12 noon and the shipping time is
as specified in Shipping policy.

Normally Winwinonline shall obtain an acknowledgement
of delivery from the recipient of the item and email
all the particulars to the user, but Winwinonline cannot
be held responsible for a misdelivery if the receiver
of the item at the address on the order form misappropriates,
damages or fails to hand over the item to the person
named on the order form or impersonates and takes delivery
posing himself/herself to be the correct person. Winwinonline
take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver
the item to the correct person at the address on the
order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims,
damages, and/or compensation.

If the user has any question, doubt or confusion with
regard to any of the terms & conditions set out
herein he/she should seek clarifications from us through
email and should wait for a written clarification before
using the service.

by Courier Mode:

customers within India,local taxes,octroi and other
levies if any, shall be borne by the customer at the
time of receiving their products.

International customers, custom duties and other levies
as applicable in that country shall be borne
by the customers at the time of receiving their products.

Products are delivered subject to availability.

All Products delivery/ Services are provided only after
realisation of payment.

All Jurisdiction and matters of arbitration in Chennai
High Court, Chennai, India only.

Magazines- Terms and Conditions
1.
Winwinonline is focussed for overseas Subscribers (NRIS)
with the paying option can be done from anywhere by
anyone including India.
2.
Magazine will be despatched for overseas address only.
3.
Subscription prices include postal charges for regular
Airmail (un regd.)delivery from India.
4.
Prices are subject to change without any prior information,
However no extra charges will be collected for the period
already subscribed.
5.
Winwinonline deliver printed magazines copies only,
sold by the respective publications. Any freebies which
are eligible for subscribers in India are not sent to
International subscribers.
6.
Once ordered, no cancellation or refund on any subscriptions
entertained.
7.
The dispatch will commence subject to realisation of
subscription payout by "winwinonline.com".
8.
We take utmost care while mailing them from our side.
The delivery of magazine to most of the countries is
with in 10 days of dispatch under normal circumstances.

or for any reasons beyond our control and as covered
under force major clause.

The magazines (Ordered) will be sent to the address
given by you and please inform us any change of address
(any where in the world) well in advance for you to
get your magazines with out any disruption.

of competant courts in chennai,India only.
